The
new "Caught Green Handed" program through the
Lawrence-Scioto County Solid Waste Management District is
underway. The LSSWMD
Staff are out and about in both counties trying to catch
area recyclers. If you get "Caught Green Handed"
you will receive a goodie bag from the District, t-shirt
and a $25 gift card. Be sure to smile, you will be photographed
and your picture will be published in local newspapers,
and on our website. This program was developed as a way
to encourage recycling in the counties, as well as a thank
you for use of the trailers.
